The Reality of the Role of Emirati Universities to Develop Cultural Diversity Acceptance among their Students’ from their Perspectives

Objectives: This study aims to identify the reality of role Emirate universities develop cultural diversity acceptance among their students’ from perspectives.
 Methods: The quantitative descriptive approach was employed; required data collected through a questionnaire consisting (59) items, which applied sample (595) male and female undergraduate students for academic year (2020/2021).
 Results: results showed that degree awareness Emirati in developing high, there were no statistically significant differences at (α = 0.05) perception this due variables (sex, college, year, cumulative average), nor variable nationality two fields understanding importance accepting diversity", while attributed field “the students” favor Arab nationality.
 Conclusions: need focus on including its concepts dimensions curricula; moreover, enhancing university environment achieve more social adaptation amongst students.
